What's covered
If your piece tarnishes, the chain breaks, or a stone comes loose, we'll repair or remake it. No time limit. We want every piece to last as long as the moment it marks.
How it works
Email us at hello@customcollective.co with your order number and a photo of the piece. We'll sort out a repair or replacement from there.
A few notes
This guarantee covers manufacturing and material faults. It doesn't cover loss, theft, or accidental damage, but reach out anyway. We'd always rather help than not.
