If your piece doesn't hold up the way it should, we'll make it right.
What's covered.
Tarnishing, fading, or discoloration. Our pieces are made to stay true. If yours ever tarnishes, fades, or changes color through normal wear, we'll replace it.
Anything that arrives damaged or flawed. If your piece shows up broken, or with a fault from how it was made, that's on us. We'll fix or replace it right away.
A note on everyday wear.
Our jewelry is made by hand to be worn every day. It's strong, but it isn't indestructible.
Life happens, and sometimes a piece takes a hard hit it was never meant to. If yours breaks from everyday wear or an accident, we won't leave you stuck with it. We'll remake your piece at a reduced cost, so you can keep the one you love without starting over. Just reach out and we'll walk you through it.
How it works.

Reach out. Email us with your order number and a photo of the piece.

We'll sort it out. If it's a defect or it arrived damaged, we'll repair or replace it. If it broke from everyday wear, we'll remake it for you at a reduced cost.

You only pay shipping. That's all it costs you. We handle the rest, and your piece comes back ready to wear.
