Every piece from Custom Collective is custom-crafted with love — just for you. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). From there, our artisans begin creating your special piece, a process that takes up to 8 business days.

As soon as it's ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your treasure’s journey home.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 USD. For orders under that amount, choose the option that suits your needs:

We’re honored to create meaningful pieces for customers all over the world. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location, but we offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $150 USD.

Tracking Your Treasure

You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your custom piece ships. Please allow 4–5 days for tracking to update as it moves through the carrier’s system.

If your piece hasn’t arrived within 14 days of your shipping confirmation, email us at hello@customcollective.co with your name and order number. We’ll make sure your piece finds its way to you.
