Tracking Your Treasure

When your custom piece ships, you'll receive an email notification with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you. Please allow 4-5 days for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

If 14 days have passed since you received your shipping confirmation and your treasure hasn't arrived, please reach out to us at hello@customcollective.co with your name and order number. We'll personally investigate and make sure your meaningful piece finds its way to you.
