Every piece from Custom Collective is custom-crafted with love, just for you. Once your order is confirmed, our artisans begin creating your special piece, a process that takes 8 to 10 business days.

As soon as it's ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your treasure’s journey home.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 USD. For orders under $150, choose the option that suits you:

Tracking Your Treasure

You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your custom piece ships. Please allow 4–5 days for tracking to update as it moves through the carrier’s system.

If your piece hasn’t arrived within 14 days of your shipping confirmation, email us at hello@customcollective.co with your name and order number. We’ll make sure your piece finds its way to you.
