How it works
- Upload your photo. Pick a favorite photo when you order. Our designer crops it to the round charm and checks it before we make your piece.
- It hides under a black heat-sensitive coating. We print your photo and seal it under a coating that stays black at room temperature.
- Hold it, warm it, they appear. Hold the charm between your fingers or in your palm. At about skin temperature the black clears and your photo shows through.

Photo tips
- Choose a clear, well-lit photo with one face or pet, close up.
- Faces work best when they fill most of the frame. The charm is about 16mm.
- Phone photos are perfect. Skip screenshots and very dark or blurry shots.
- Add a few words on the back, like "Love you Mom".
Care
- Not waterproof. Take it off before swimming, showering or sunbathing.
- Keep it out of direct sun and away from heaters, so your photo stays clear.
- Store it in its pouch and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
