This initial necklace was purchased for my daughter for Christmas. She has had an initial necklace for my oldest grandson since birth but not ever gotten one for the youngest who is 3 1/2. She opened it and loved it! I Was very worried it wouldn't arrive in time before Christmas however I emailed and it was shipped and received before I traveled so thank you for the great customer service!

The necklace was just ok. I feel like the cost was way to high for what you get. It does come in a nice box with a felt bag to store it in. The website is misleading on how long it will take to get it. I was buying it for my grand daughters birthday, and didn't get here until long after, 3 weeks. That ruined it for me to give her a present on her very special day.The live chat is a joke, I'm sure it was never meant to work because other people have complained on the reviews about it. When emailing them with a question you can't ever get a straight answer just a run around . I wouldn't order from them again.
