Love the necklace. The only thing was it took a long time to get to us. But all good it made it in before my daughter’s birthday.

The necklace is lovely. Unfortunately, order fulfillment time was frustrating. Upon placing my order the website checkout process indicated 3-5 processing time, but I was waiting beyond that. So I checked the customer service faq in the website that mentioned weeks long processing time for customer orders. I wish your checkout verbiage or product page was straight forward so that this didn’t become a post-Christmas present.
Took way to long to receive
The necklace is beautiful and of high quality. It did take longer than I expected, so order early if you want it for a special date. The quality of work is exceptional and I was not disappointed!
